Deputy Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Woothisarn Tanchai, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Niyom  Rathamamarit,  and  Dr. Pimon Ruetrakul  welcomed delegates of the Communist Party of Vietnam represented by Mr. Pham Ba Thinh, Deputy-in-Chief of the People?s Daily, on their visit to King  Prajadhipok ?s Institute  on January 12, 2012. The delegates received a briefing and exchanged views on building relationships between Thailand and Vietnam.
