King Prajadhipok’s Institute, the Thai Parliament and the Ministry of Education are organizing a seminar on “Promoting and disseminating knowledge and understanding of politics and administration in a democratic regime with the king as head of state for school administrators in the Office of Basic Education Commission.” The aim is to provide knowledge and understanding about democratic government to school and administrators and to allow administrators to exchange and knowledge, experience, understanding about politics, economics, society, the environment and development of sustainable democracy.
Target groups
Target groups are 32,000 school directors under the Office of Basic Education Commission and 370 directors or deputy directors of education areas across the county.
Participants will be divided into classes of 700 people.
Seminars are held in the Parliament Conference Room of Parliament Building 1, on Saturdays – Sundays, from December 12, 2009 - October 17, 2010.
